Emily Evans, founder of Zola Amour, an ethical and sustainable fashion company tells us why she started designing after the search for the perfect t-shirt.
Commissioned by Pure Conscious, the sustainable arm of Pure London, we met Emily Evans who tells the story of the company she founded, Zola Amour.
As you’ll learn, the search for the perfect plain t-shirt brought ex-Jimmy Choo footwear designer Emily to start her own company, Zola Amour. She was inspired to be a maker of positive change in the renownedly wasteful fast-fashion industry, with Zola Amour meaning Earth Love. All her clothes are hand-made in the UK for a living wage using only GOTS standard organic fabrics that have been sustainably and ethically sourced and that are also biodegradable and designed to be timelessly stylish.
Here at Sourcy we make films, sometimes we even win awards for them. We're a creative filmmaking company based in south London, led by duo Ben and Alexis. We work internationally with creative brands to create content that's as creative as we are... did we mention we're creative? If you’ve got a good idea - we probably want to make a film about it.
