Decadent desserts & crowd-pleasing cocktails. Monica Galetti, Michelin trained chef and restaurateur, shows us how she entertains with The Singleton.
“It’s not unusual at all”, she says, “to have cocktails with a dessert. It’s beautiful, it’s decadent, we’re spoiling ourselves.” And who wouldn’t want to be a guest for dinner when whiskey martinis are being served with a spiced poached pear and chocolate ganache tart.
Sourcy produced a set of seasonal videos for The Times and The Singleton shot across Winter and Spring on location in London, showcasing Monica doing what she does best; serving up show-stopping cocktails and delicious desserts to friends and family, or in this case a hungry crew.
