Lumie
Project information
Lumie have been making therapy lights for both better sleep and Seasonal Affective Disorder since the early 90s. Sourcy encouraged a creative approach that would bring the real stories of Lumie users to life. Producing a series of story-led social videos, we sourced some inspiring individuals whose lives and sense of wellbeing had been profoundly impacted by using a Lumie light.
Joanna Dai, founder and CEO of DAI, innovative women’s workwear brand who grew up in sunny California and struggled with the low-light levels of long London winters. Joe Welsted, former professional swimmer turned entrepreneur who founded supplement company, Motion Nutrition. And Bex Parker Smith, a yoga teacher and writer, based in East London. Bex spoke to us about how her lights have helped her combat the insomnia brought on by both her ADHD and struggles with depression and anxiety.
